Family Style Guide
YAY! It’s time to pick out your outfits! Let’s start with NEUTRALS!! Always neutrals as a base, then you can add in some faded colors for variety. Stick with all neutrals and just one other color. Think about your home and where you’ll be showcasing your photos. If it is filled with cool tones, add a dusty blue to your neutrals. If it is filled with warm tones, lean more to just the tans, creams and white - khakis instead of blue jeans etc.
START by choosing one print outfit! Usually that’s mom’s dress, or one of the kids outfits that you absolutely love! Then pull colors from that. This way you’ll be all coordinating tones and colors! Think about adding textures instead of bold patterns. Keep it simple!

Dad
Same for dad, be comfy, but NO LOGOS or graphics. A casual long or short-sleeve button up is always a safe bet. Khaki’s or light jean pants for the bottoms!
Babies
Make sure baby is comfortable. Dress them in layers. Start with a soft light neutral layette. (dresses can be hard bc they ride up) A small bow for the girls or a beanie for tPut a sweater on if its cold. Grab a muted color swaddle that fits with the color scheme you chose.
Mom
We’re thinking COMFY flowy dresses, or pants and top. Something you can play in and enjoy your family time. Don’t forget to look through the L E F Client wardrobe to see if there is something you want to try on!
Kids
You can do prints but keep them SMALL and with neutral base colors. Think more of adding in textures. Knitted sweaters, teared dresses, etc. Make sure they can play and have fun and not feel to restricted.
